Unified Development Ordinance

The Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) is an update of the zoning ordinance and development regulations that was closely coordinated with the Comprehensive Plan update. The process was launched in April 2014 and was completed the Summer of 2015. The UDO can be viewed and downloaded on Municode.

Major amendments to Chapter 18 of the UDO were adopted on December 19th, 2017, and have not yet been included into Municode. You can access the amended sections of the UDO below.
